Items will be shipped out between 2-3 weeks of ordering. The flat rate for shipping within the USA is $32. Please inquire for shipping outside the USA. We aren’t responsible for any shipping delay.

Signature is required upon delivery. We are unable to ship without signature required delivery. 

Please note any duties imposed by the country shipped to are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate any duties which may be imposed and we do not collect duties at the time of sale. 

Items purchased on shop-lamusegems.com have a strict return policy. As each piece is carefully crafted to order, products may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Items approved for return must be received as unused, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. We do not refund on "change of mind" purchases.

Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and can not be returned.

Custom ordered creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at La Muse Gems discretion.

Please contact our customer service on info.lamusegems@gmail.com within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return.

Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer, must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies and processes.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

In case of return or exchange, domestic taxes and shipping fees will not be refunded.

La Muse Gems reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.

We are unable to retroactively apply promotional discounts on previously placed orders. Please ensure the desired promotional code has been applied to your order before completing checkout.

La Muse Gems reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice.

Shop-lamusegems.com collects customer information for a variety of reasons, including providing superior customer service and to communicate with our customers about new products, promotions and services. We collect personal information such as your name, telephone number, e-mail and postal address that you provide to us when you subscribe to our site, place an order, or communicate with us via email.

We offer those who sign-up for our email list advance notice of sales, new merchandise and other La Muse Gems news. Email addresses collected at shop-lamusegems.com are used internally only and not shared with a third party.

If at any time you wish to not receive our emails, you may unsubscribe by contacting info.lamusegems@gmail.com with “REMOVE” as the subject header or you can safe-unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
